Hey. You can see the egg bulge out when mine is ready to lay. She will sometimes go to the bottom of her cage and spread her wings and rock back and forth. She gets pretty upset when anyone goes near the cage right before she is about to lay. Other than that, I haven't ever seen her actually lay, they are just there when I look. Hope this helps!

Our birds acted very strangely.... basically humping their toys and the female had very watery stools. Also, she picked a favorite person in our family, and basically flirted all the time. !!! You can ask your local bird 'farm' these questions too & they are usually very helpful!
