First, what kind of dog food are you feeding? Lower quality foods like Iams and Purina can actually increase shedding because they don't promote a healthy coat. Ask your vet or check out a pet store and find a high quality food the specifies skin and coat benefits.
Next, try a Furminator brush- it is specially designed to strip out the shedding undercoat in double-coated breeds. You can find it online at places like www.petedge.com and www.ryanspet.com. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it- I'm a professional groomer and I use this tool constantly!
There are also shampoos and coat conditioners available at those websites that reduce shedding- one is called Shed Patrol, and the other is made by the Furminator brand.

I would recommend a professional dog grooming to get your pet really clean and brushed out well. I would also recommend that you ask the groomer what brushes he/she would recommend you use on your dog and how often you should brush her. Good Luck.

Brush her often, and you could try brewers yeast, but all dogs shed. You just have to get use to it. Vacuum often and don't wear a lot of black.

My groomer recommends and gave me some calf manna (pellets). I used it only a few times because she groomed my pomeranian so wel. ,he's not been shedding. She says this minimizes shedding.

brush her with an undercoat rake if she has longer hair, or just with a regular brush everyday or every other day.
