That's up to you. If you want to stay friends with him, be friends.

From what I've observed, it seems it's not possible to stay just friends because it leads to bad feelings or one person wants to get back together.

A friend would never hurt you that way. He just feels guilty now.

He knows he was dead wrong. Stay away from him, and his associates. To keep in contact with him will keep that hurt from ever healing for you.

You don't need to be enemies either. Just take the attitude that he does not exist.

This really is up to you, but...
I think you should just stay neutral.
You broke up with him for a reason, now you should just move on with your life.
If he was cheating on you, he isn't worth your time. There really is no reason for you guys to stay friends, (unless you have been best friends since grade two or somethin' and just weren't meant to date), and there is no reason to be enemies.
Relationships end all the time...
I am sure there is someone better for you out there.

No friends but not enemies. You dont have to hate him, but you dont have to accept such a bad treat to yourself, because if he was capable to hurt you that way, then he obviously doesnt love you and doesnt consider you. So try to stay appart from him, and in the future to look for a bofriend who truly loves you and appreciates you.
God bless you!

Shelby, You don't have to be enemies but you probably aren't going to be really close friends either. If someone's hurt you by cheating on you, you probably aren't going to trust them too much and most of us can only be real friends with people we can trust. Maybe just friendly acquaintances?

It is not good to be enemies. If you can't be friends you should at least be aquaintances who may chat and say hello without problems. By the way, if he cheated on you before he may do it again

Stay friends. It wont kill u unless u still have feelings for him. If he begs u 2 get back w/ him then tell him 2 screw himself and not b friends w/ him.

Probably not a good idea, unless you are certain you can remain as just friends.

Don't see why not, for what's the worst he can do if you're only friends? But still be careful.
