I met her at the mall and got her name. I told her I was a model photographer just to get her number. I called her and she backed out when I wanted to take some nude shots of her. I thought I could market them. I stop by where she works and know her car and address just to follow up.
I told her I have contacts in New York and Hollywood and at first she was all into it. I offered her beer and weed to show up.
She called me a few times and left nasty messages saying I'm a pervert and stalker. Should I get a restraining order on her first to make it look good? I'm 43 and don't need some 17 year old girl making up stories about me to the cops.

You answered your own question..... stay away from her. She doesn't want to have anything to do with you, so back off. She is 17 years old and your offering her beer and weed. You got some serious issues to deal with yourself. Leave her alone and find some models that are of age.
