They curse and scream and throw negative comments back and forth, and then we as in the children and I get stuck in the middle of this. They both are calling me trying to knock some sense into each other. What can I do to make things go smooth and nice

I would explain to them both that it is unfair to put you and the children in the middle. They are both grown men who should be able to talk it out and it not try to keep it their problem not yours. You know what I mean

Let them fight it out and keep out of the way. If you interfere, they will only despise you for it. It sounds like a bit of a love-hate relationship, each trying to better the other, or take command in the business. They will eventually come to some sensible arrangement.

Refuse to umpire these disputes. Back away. These two "children" will always be this way and will always try to put you in the middle. Tell them "no more" and mean it. Refuse to even listen to either of their rants.

MY BOYFRIEND AND HIS MOM GO THROUGH THE SAME THING THEN THERE I AM TRYING TO GET HIM TO APOLOGIZE TO HER I HATE IT TO. I JUST LET THEM BE BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO GET IN THE MIDDLE AS LONG AS ITS NOT MY PARENTS I WAS NOT RAISED TO YELL AND SCREAM AT MY PARENT BUT THEY WILL END UP TALKING ANYWAY.

tell them that if they are still arguing after god knows how many years, what chance have you got to change their rituals, but could they please kill each others quietly as it disturbs your zizzing time.....
