Home on Cornelia Street has a great Thanksgiving meal. I think it was about $60 when I ate there two years ago, not sure how much it would be now.

Bryant Park Grill (in Bryant Park on 42nd Street) - has a very nice meal and it is $65 per person for three courses.

Your best bet would be to pick up a copy of Time Out New York and see which restaurants are advertising their Thanksgiving meals.

SAPA on 43 W 24th st (betn 6 Av & Broadway) is doing a great Thanksgiving menu. I dined there last week, and saw the multi-course menu. A little steep @$60, but it seems worth it.
