Haha, sorry, but perhaps you didn't mean to say love. There is no way that you have found love at 12. So let's try crush or like. To tell that, basically if he really sociable with other girls, but around you is shy and tries to withdraw, well that is a big sign. Also if sometimes if he is a bit rude to other or others sometimes make fun of you, and he is really nice to you or defends you, that is also a big sign. It sounds like you like him alot, I hope it works out for you two.

You are a child and so is he. Using the word love is ridiculous at this age.
If he punches you in the arm and runs, then he LIKES you, not love.

if he stares at you a lot and blushes, ask his friends to find out for you, he stutters when he approaches you,,,
p.s, word of advice: If you like him, don't wait for him to approach or fall in love with you. have some gal power and approach him - offer something fun to do together. who knows what may happen ;-)

Well if he trys to make conversations wiht you, that is a sign, another sign is if he is flrity or asks who you like.
