Yes, and whenever I grow my hair out it has the same effect because of the oils.

lets think about this logically. sweat comes out of the very same skin pores that get blocked and cause zits or blackheads. a very good trick i used during teenage was, when i bathed ( every night almost ) i would lounge in the bath as hot as i could stand, in a warm room, then drink liquid, water is best but sugar free drinks can be just as good. the idea is, the heat opens the pores nice and wide and then the liquid pushes out ( from the inside) all the gunk that causes the zits. I am not a particularly handsome guy so i kept this trick secret for years. it certainly gave me an edge over my more handsome but pimpled rivals.

Yes if you don't make sure your face is clean. The sweat clogs the pores.
