My friend wants to know how string cheese works. (I don't really get what she means, but maybe you all are smarted than me) ;)

I KNOW what string cheese is I just don't know how it works and strings...

String cheese is awesome. I like to eat it because if you eat it right, it takes a long, long time.
Hold the cheese in one hand and with the other hand, take just a smidgen of it and pull it down and off, like string!

You buy it at the grocery store in the dairy section where the cheese is sold. Comes in a pack that looks like a one rounded mozzarella stick about as long as a yellow highlighter marker as best as i can explain. You open it and you pull the little strings or cheese off from the top the cheese that's why its called string cheese the pieces you pull are very thin just like a think string hope it helped. by the way its a snack most people buy it for lunches or if you want smoething quick. kids love them used mostly for lunches and younger kids for anyone that wants a quick cheese snack to go!
