maybe you can do this by going to websites that help find who your relatives are and that if any of them are still existing, though i think you will most probably need to pay them in order to carry out your family search. Try this webby out::

U can give adds in news papers, magazines, etc...
first try to get some clues abt ur relatives (e.g : language, state, names, occupation, etc..) then it ll be easier to find them..
