Some of you will not like this question, but facts must be confronted and addressed rationally, without emotion, or else all Muslims are doomed to remain demonised.
A large minority of Sunnis support for these terrorists while very few Shia do.

I thought that up until recently shia's had very little power compared to the Sunni, so naturally osama (may he choke on his own vomit) would side with them. So now not only the Sunni are fighting us kaffirs (Its beyond me why they thought the US would do nothing after 911) but they're trying to regain the power lost to the shia, especially in Iraq where of course now the majority of the government is shia.

So really is the Sunni causing all the havoc and the shia of course are reacting, because one thing is fighting the Americans(and that's fine 'cause we're enemies anyways)
but is very stupid to kill and cause harm to your own "muslim brothers" even if they are from a different sect.

Well,

Lets start. I heard there was a truce of some kind, Osama, actually prefers to have Sunni/Shia united against Kafir(that's us), but some of the Sunni in Alquaeda had done things like destroy Shia Mosques and kill them in several incidents in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. This probably means more Shia would be leary of Osama's friends than they might of Shia extremists.

Because both Sunnis and Shiites want their factions of economic control to rule?

There are no different between Sunnis and shia both of you believe in Quran and Muhammad. Your prophet demanded you to hate and kill other people who don't believe in him and his lies. So Osama is just following your prophet's commands. The true face of Islam.

it is a very good point, and anyone with a grain of sense do know it. unfortunately, the media encourages a frenzy of fear and the majority of people do not question what they are told anymore....

I actually think that Osama is the Great Satan. It makes a lot of sense. What does he do that benefits anybody?
The man is the real devil. He is actually bringing hell to the Muslim world. I think he hates Muslims because he kills so many of them. And they love him!

erre, Wrong answer. wrong question, I'm surprised how you can post a question that you know is wrong.

I don't really even think you're Muslim, you know why?,... 'cause Muslims aren't for that fighting thing, nor they attack people blind folded.
