okay, i didn't know that this would be such a problem, but she does still care about me, she only dumped me beacuse at that point in her life she couldn't make a commitment due to other stresses (which i know of) in her life, so its not that she doesn't care, its that she doesn't want to risk hurting me or herself, and it is something special for her, not a "will you take me back gift" but a "i'm always here for you if you need anything, i've got your back" gift

if she broke up with you, and you are still friends, then this gift is a gift of friendship. don't make the gift a personal item where it could be taken for something more than friendship. remember, she is the ONE that wants to be only FRIENDS. don't scare her not to be your friend. make sure you get a light, funny card, with FRIEND mentioned in it. i'd give it to her at school - just before Christmas break. hang in there, sometimes best friends, can develop into more (again).

You *****, grow some balls and get out of this "relationship:.

Let me tell you now so you dont cry like a little ***** later, LEAVE HER.

She IS going to get a boyfriend and you WILL be swept under a rug. Right now she's probably just using you for emotional support but once she has a boyfriend she wont have a minute to waste on you.

PLEASE get out of this relationship, you'll only get hurt in the end, TRUST ME.

Take her to one of your favourite haunts, touch her hand, wish her Merry Christmas and put the gift in front of her. Maybe a peck on the cheek?

Have her Mom put it under the tree, call her Christmas Day and wish her and her family a Merry Christmas, just like you would do with any good friend....................
