Paddy is shocked but decides to go under the knife.After the op Paddy feels much better&decides to treat himself to a new suite.He goes into a tailor's to see what's on offer.Tailor looks at him&says "I'd guess you take a size 44 long?" Paddy laughs "That's right.How did you know my exact size?" It's my job to know,"says the tailor."How about a new shirt to go with it?" I'd say you take a 34sleeve&a 16neck." "Right again,"says Paddy."How did you know?" "It's my job"says the tailor."How about some u/wear as well?" I'd say sz36." Paddy says"Got you this time.I've worn sz34 since I was18. "The tailor tuts "you shouldn't do that,you see a sz34 would press your testicles against your spine&give you terrible headaches.

Why do headaches always cause problems fidgety?
A guy (for a change) had been suffering from blinding headaches,so he went to see his doctor.The doctor revealed that he used to suffer from them too until he found a miraculous cure.
"The headache is caused by tension in the scalp muscles," explained the doctor. " I cured it by giving my wife oral sex on a daily basis.When she came,she would squeeze her legs together with all her strength,and the pressure would relieve the tension in my head.Try that every week for two weeks and come back and let me know how it goes."
Two weeks later the guy returned.
"How do you feel?" asked the doctor.
"Wonderful.I feel great.I haven't had a headache since I started this treatment.It certainly works.And by the way,doctor,you have a lovely home."

Because sex can sometimes be a cure, and sometimes be a cause for a headache, it's largely up to headache sufferers to decide what works for them. Preventing headaches in the first place can go a long way. Evans suggests tracking migraine triggers, getting regular sleep and exercising regularly, even if it's only walking a mile a day.
