Hey everyone! I was interested in getting Hair Extensions.. But i am not sure.. Can anyone tell me if they have had them or not. How much do they cost. Can anyone recommend anyone in the Illinois Area. Thanks

extensions are expensive and require high maintenance. if you can afford the upkeep and/or are good at doing your hair yourself then go for it. If the extensions are glued in make sure the adhesive is put off the scalp. Sewn in last but are more expensive. Good salons charge a lot and you get what you pay for. Although being a good shopper can't hurt. Ethnic salons will have more experience. BTW Beauty supplies have clip on extensions.

I have had them before yes some years back. They should be available to be done anywhere Ethnic hair is styled. Oprah is always in Chicago and she definitely has hair extensions

dont get hair extensions that are like glued into your hair. io have clip in hair extensions. and they realy work. and NO they dont look trashy.

i would seripuse not get them unless u have a lot of time to get them fixed every now and then my mom got some for 600 dollars and they keep on falling out she has to keep on going back to the lady to gat them put back on and they look crappy after like a month

What ever you do . Do not get them they just make you look trashy plus they are hard to get out of your hair

Personally i would not get hair extesions, because idk i like my hair the way it is.
