i have just got a pet cat ive called Tallulah, i think it means soemthing to do with jumping over water. check any baby name site for meaning.

That's how the Twyla I knew pronounced it. I would pronounce TAllulah ta-loo-lah.

Don't know about the second one, but the first is Ta loo la.
Jamiroquai has a song entitled Tallulah, you can listen to him!

Hi Talulah is pronounced Tal oo lah its Native American and means Glittering girl.
Twyla is pronounced Tw i la its English and means double threath woven
