Oops. yeah im taking it for a sinus infection.

Normally you shouldn't stop taking bactrim/septra because it's an anitbiotic. You don't want your body to build up a resistance to the medication. I would call the doctors office anyways, many doctors have an answering service that picks up phone calls during off hours. Tell them that you believe you might be having an allergic reaction to the medication, and ask that the doctor give you call back. You doctor will then be able to discuss with you, any other opitions you might have. Good Luck!

Sure, you can stop taking it. But your sinus infection won't go away.
