Are you talking about getting treatment or are you talking about getting treatment for a relative?
If either or both: Call AA and ask for the nearest treatment center or detox center. You have to be strong and want the help. I hope your serious here. There are a few here that are leading only to get laughs.

Nothing It takes @30 - 90 days --depending on who is doing the testing
And it can always be detected in the hair So shave EVERYTHING and get a buzz cut
