Hi. I am 5'5'' and 125 pounds. I'd like to be 110 pounds by February. I do not overeat and on the whole, i think I'm thin, but I'd like to be thinner. I do not enjoy exercise, but I do like to participate in light activities like baseball.
Anyhow, does anyone have any suggestions about any supplements that are effective and any diet plan that I can use to lose fifteen pounds in a shorter period of time given the information I've given you?
