Hi. I am 5'5'' and 125 pounds. I'd like to be 110 pounds by February. I do not overeat and on the whole, i think I'm thin, but I'd like to be thinner. I do not enjoy exercise, but I do like to participate in light activities like baseball.

Anyhow, does anyone have any suggestions about any supplements that are effective and any diet plan that I can use to lose fifteen pounds in a shorter period of time given the information I've given you?

Realistically you should only use 1-2lbs a week for a healthy weight loss and to keep the weight off. The best way to do it is diet and exercise. By diet I mean healthy balanced diet. Start by eating breakfast every morning fruit , milk whole grain cereals and actually 5 small meals a day is better then 3 larger ones. Watch carbs(breads a killer) and refined sugers(donuts cookies etc) and dont eat after 7pm. Try to get moderate exercise each day, walk , play baseball, swim, weight train anything that gets you moving. Supplements and weight loss pills may work but usually once you start taking them the weight comes back. Good luck and dont over do it anorexia is NOT sexy!

fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal

www.weightwatchers.com- My friend lost 15 pounds in a month from this.
It lets you eat what you like, but a limited amount.
