My wife is from Ecuador and we filled a K-1 (fiance visa), that takes about 14 months to process. Once aproved you have 90 days to get her to USA, get married and file for her green card. Its the fastest, cheapest and most legal way to get that done. Look up K-1 visa on Yahoo or go to BCIS.com . This of course is only if your planning to get married.... Or call the BCIS @ 1-800-375-5283. Be prepair to do alot of paper work... Good luck!

One other answer said to be careful. I uninstalled Messenger years ago, but while I was reading chats, I found that there are many Filipino girls/women who will say anything they can say to get a guy to bring them over here. A lot of them think it's a "magic answer" to life's problems. Be prepared to go through immigration authorities, pay her way over here, support her, and go through the immigration process with her. That's a short version, but - realistically - it's what you're looking at.
And then, after two years when they're legal, they leave you....

You have to file paper for her to get a visitors visa. there is a website you can go to to get them. You can also call the U.S. Embassy or She can go to the U.s embassy located in the Phillipnes and file the proper paper work. I will warn you though that the proccess takes a long time and money. But call the embassy and ask them about it or search for their website online. Try the links at the bottom.
