It could mean "You want me, but not to keep/to have" (meaning in a long-term sense)

'Tomar' has a lot of different meanings... in some countries it means to have something to drink, it can mean to take something, or to take on a task, or to have something... it really depends on the country the speaker is from

'si no' can also mean a lot of things.... it can mean 'yes, no', or 'if not', or if it's supposed to be 'sino' it could mean 'but'

Sorry I can't be any more helpful

Does your friend know the person that sent it? I believe they are saying "you want me so take me". I hope that's right.

well, if it were a question... my closest translation would be "do you love me? if not, I'll get drunk or so I can start to drink" because it was the first thing that came to my mind when i read it.
