I usually do not do this, but, this is worth it. I apologize in advance.

This is a 30 minute debate, but it is a good one to listen to. It sounds a lot like Y!A, RS..... doesn't it.

I read the debate, rather than listened to it. I don't think there was a clear winner. Both men made good points. Quinn's weakest argument was his statement that since matter exists, that proves that God exists. This is simply ridiculous. For all we know, magic super-aliens created matter. Of course I don't believe that either. I am with Dawkins on this one, that there is no way to know this as of yet, but that scientists are working on it.

Regarding the "free will" discussion, I think Dawkins could have had a stronger argument if he had spoken about the fact that atheists tend to take responsibility for our behavior, rather than ascribe it to some thing called free will or predestination.

Yes, it does seem like a Y!A discussion.

Too long; didn't listen. I'm pretty confident Dawkins won though, he is Dawkins after all.

Dude I'm too fidgety to watch something for 30 minutes. Otherwise I'd try to give you a real answer.

Sorry:)
