In Nazism, the allegiance was to a supreme earthly leader [Hitler] whose word was basically law. In Islam, the allegiance is to Allah, whose words are purportedly to be found in the Qur'an. On many issues, the Qur'an is quite specific (inheritance rules, for example), but on many issues that are of current interest but not around in the 7th century, interpretation is necessary, and that causes problems.

wow you cant compare the actions of a few fundie terrorists ( not islam as a whole ) ... to those who killed millions through a deluded idea to take over the earth and create a new race of people
