Hi, I suffer similar things that you do and know how it can keep you back from doing things that you want to. First of all I suggest you get out when possible and find friends that you can hang out with. Go to the library and find what is going on in the community. Try taking a class at the college and see if there is something new you want to learn. The idea is to make opportunity cause opportunity does not just drop into your lap. It is neverr too late to start something new and you can find new and interesting things to make you feel better. We are stronger then what them doctors think right?
I find that doing computer art works for me so I am going to include the urls for a lot of free fun programs for you. I hope that these may help you but they are not the final answer

my friend Pat has the same condiditons and choose to live a normal life like everyone else and he does fine, go for it, don't let the condidion win, you make the rules
