everyone who speaks Welsh in Wales can also speak English.

Where u from? If they are speaking Welsh then probably not but believe it or not they do speak English, just with a Welsh accent! Its the same words as you know, just with a twist! Im sure you ll be fine! Just dont be small minded! Im off to the USA next week and im scared of bumping into all the cowboys and guns that everyone has! Ive been practising my whooping and hollering also so ill fit just right in! God bless ignorance!

I'm welsh and ill tel you some words to say hello is shwmae, pwy wyt ti? is what is your name? sut wyt ti? is how are you is you need anything else just ask! and it also depends on where you are goingg if your goin to south wales then we speak English but north wales is mostly welsh speakers so good luck!
