I have an daughter whom just turned 18 in Oct. when I got pregnant her father was only 18. He hadplans for college andI was 21. He saw her up to 1 year of age until 2 years ago. She had calledhim to meet and have a relationship with him. He paid childsupport of 400 a month after a pateranity test was taken. For the sake of his now wife since he never told her of the child. Being nice I never went to the child support ag. and now that she is 18 he won't pay a thing. And he said of judgement of parenthood. Do I have any chance to get back support of any kind. Since I do have letters written by him stating he knew allalong and that it was his fault of not contacting me?

I would seriously consider this option. It is more of blackmail than a last resort. You did not explain why does your daughter still require support? is she not working, is she going to college? he has to support her until she can make her own money. I strongly suggest you write to him or give him a call and tell him that it is his daughter, she still needs his support. If he says no, then u can hint that u might take an action that he would not like if his attitude persists.
