The easiest way would be to purchase Spanish language operating systems from Windows and install that on the machines. I trust you have the necessary State Department and other regulatory permission (and I mean the actual permits) to export the technology from the USA. It is seriously against the law to just ship computers anywhere. You even need authorization to send new computers from the US factory to Canada.
