My ex boyfriend from 7years ago is saying in the past two years Ive gained 60lbs and then lost it back I admit I have put on 20lbs but I have had the same clothes for the past 2 years and they still fit if I gained 60lbs or more it stands to reason they wouldnt fit. I feel like he is putting me down. Ive been to the doctor every 6 months in the past 2 years and she has my weight documented all Ive done is go from 218 to 238. Its makeing me feel really conscientious thanks

Maybe your friend is concerned about your health. You need a new doctor if they have not advised you to start a a weight loss program. Your health is what you need to live a long and happy life and you have a friend who is concerned about you and is probally willing to help you out.
