they shouldnt have cows milk goats milk is better more gentle on their little tummies u can buy proper milk 4 dogs from pet shops and some supermarkets my dog loves em!

My dog is 12 now and had a drink of cows milk every morning, with no side effects.

No. If your dog has been ill and is recovering you can safely give a 50/50 mix of warm water and milk, it will often tempt a dog with a poor appetite and help prevent dehydration. Goats milk is more digestible if you can get it.
It can cause stomach upsets. But its not poisonous.

Dogs and cats don't have the enzime that breaks down the bacteria in cow's milk, it's not toxic, but can REALLY upset thier system. They can drink goats milk or puppy formula without a problem though!

They can, but they shouldn't. It's not good for them. It won't poison them but it can upset their digestive system. When a dog has had puppies they can be given a formula of evaporated milk, 1 can mixed with 2 cans water, two egg yolks (discard whites) a Tblsp of Karo syrup and a pinch of salt.
Pet Stores sell formulas that are more specifically designed for nursing dogs or for bottle feeding puppies.

According to my vet, no it's not poisonous to them. They reccomend puppy formula if needed but if you can't get it, cow's milk with a bit of Karo or light syrup added will suffice. Don't add honey as it can contain bacteria harmful to pups. Goat's milk is the best replacer.

Its not poisonous however my dog is allergic to gluton so watch out.

milk will not hurt the dog but if you give him to much he will get the runs...
a little will not hurt so make him happy ......
