Whatever comes to mind. Prayer doesn't have to be anything more than a conversation with God.
Matthew 6:7And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
The Lords Prayer is a good example to use when learning "how" to pray. For when the disciples ask Jesus how to pray that is what he told them.

just because it's usually a last resort, and i do it when i already expect nothing to happen. suppose it's kind of frivolous in those situations and with that attitude.
