well hang out with her a little longer to see if she is interested in you and then make sure you like her by who she really is cause somtimes relations go on by popularity and not by who they are.

never be scared of rejection, it's natural and healthy. first always make sure that your advances, attraction,or common interests are wanted by the other person. be observant and watch for the sutle Q's. ( the smiles, the lookbacks, the body language, talk from the opposite sex or sexual preference) It's 2006 and the world is moving so fast, that if you blink too long someone else will walk past with your date befor you open your eyes. YOU will never know unless you ask... If the answer is NO, then you move on to the next prospect.... Good luck....

Are you he or she? Any way you need to start a casual conversation first. Nothing kinky just something to lighten a day or just for laughs. Sometime in the conversation...there is usually a pause or refer to as "what's next" gap. THAT's the TIME to ask HER OUT. Ask it casually. Like, "Hey, would you like to go out to dinner"? (With a smile of course, no serious face here). If she says no, ask "would Saturday be fine"? If she says YES...SET the details...DAY/TIME/PLACE...and "Do you want me to pick you up?...Good luck friend..

everyone has been through this before and getting rejected hurts. But if u don't ask them then it would hurt more since u always think what if and UL only think of what could of happened

be playful.. don't make it a statement but a casual thought or suggestion to her.. tease and propose your idea.. most probably you'd get a YES :)
