I need a 13v 1500ma adapter and the closest I can find is a 12v 1500ma. Will the small difference in voltage cause any long-term effects for my wireless speakers?

Probably ok, at least the lower voltage won't hurt anything. Most voltage sources are rated at ±10% anyway, and most circuits are designed for that much variation.

I agree, most likely it wont cause any problems. at least the current is the same. about the only thing you may notice is at max volume it may not be as loud as with the 13v one (maybe), or the wireless range may be a little less..
