If it is ,it's powerful enough to pay all the bills on your street. God is not a man that He should lie. He said there is nothing too big for Him. If your faith is in God and what His Son did at the cross, then obey His Word and your faith will pay for everything. You prosper only as your soul prospers. Faith alone will not. Faith pushed with obeying will do whatever you say. Obedience is the big key. Faith can't be in just whatever you choose. It must be in the work at the cross. If you don't give to God, you rob God of blessing you. Send God His Word back to Him and watch it bless you.

How do you know that your employer will pay you at the end of the month? That is faith. And yes, it's based on evidence of what happened in the past. But the probability is there that it may NOT happen at the end of THIS month.

Faith alone does not. However, Faith combined with other principles of the Bible (such as but not limited to tithing/giving , freedom from debt, honesty, hard work and reaping what you sew) will establish financial security in your life.

The Gospels says: "Pay unto Caesar what is Caesar's, and give to God what is God's".

Basically, anything money related, or earthly is not affected as much as things heavenly.
