Why education is so important to man?

It is important to the world. Leads to knowlege, new ideas, new advances, takes away ignorance, and leads to a better understanding of the world.

Education is our defense against bad things and our road map to the good things. Of all the animals, man is one of the most fragile when it comes to survival against changes in nature and environment. It is our mind and education that gives us an edge.

Without education, we would still be living in caves and eating what we could kill or pick from trees.

Most people want to have a good education so that way they can get a good job so that way they can get more money so that way all the hot and famous guys/girls will like them and so that way it will make them cool. This is NOT my plan. I think that it is very time wasting.

how can we grow as a people without knowledge? without education there will be no scientific advances, no cures for any illness, no chance of finding alternate fuel sources.

you don't have to have a formal education to learn.
i hope that i will still be learning new things until i die.
