My computer doesn't have Microsoft Publisher so in what other program can I make a brochure? And can you tell me how to do it?

Open office has free software that has a nice word processor. But just about any word processor will work.
Are you going one, two, or three column brochure? Do you want to fold it over? A little more information would help, but If you have MS word there is a template for a brochure and Open office has it too.
Open office is down right now for maintenance and should be back up in three or four hours.

Just Checked and openoffice.org is back up now.
