i had the weirdest dream i've ever had! i got pregant and some stranger did a c-section on me and the infant died but she was a ghost that was right next to me for the rest of my life and watched her grow?

When having a dream like that it could mean any number of things, u see every thing that happen(appear) in your dream have a significant meaning to u...it would be imposable for some one to tell u over the Internet...

That's an odd dream. Actually in a way, it's a very clean dream. Quite logical in its sequence of events. Forgive me for asking, but did you really dream this?
