Yes---You won't believe this but, I'm baking this right now.....I also added 1 1/2 tsp each of ground allspice and ground ginger, plus for 1/2 of the batter added 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Pumpkin Bread
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
1-1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 can (16 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
In a mixing bowl, dream butter and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Stir in pumpkin. Pour into two greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks. Yield: 2 loaves.

Heat oven to 350* This will make two loaves of very good bread.
Pumpking Bread
Sift together and set aside:
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
Beat together" 2/3 cup oil (I use olive oil)
2 2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
Gradually add the flour mix to this beating until smooth.
Add and blend well:
2/3 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup raisins
Pour into 2 well greased bread pans and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Mix oil, sugar, and eggs together in a large bowl. Mix in pumpkin puree and water. Stir together flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. Add to the pumpkin mixture, and mix until just combined. Stir in nuts and raisins. Divide batter into prepared pans.
Bake for 1 hour. Cool on wire racks
Makes 2 loaves.

NO BUT I AM COOKING AN OLD WORLD RECIPE WITH A TWIST
stuffed cabbage
boil 1 head cabbage until soft and pliable
fry 2 lbs ground beef drain fat
boil water 5 cups
add 4 tbsp butt-hair
add 2 cups rice
bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes
chop 4 onions into 1/4" bits
line a roasting pan with Hunt's tomato sauce
blend together rice meat and onions
add 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
and 1/8 cup lite soy sauce
add black pepper to taste blend and add Worcestershire sauce as needed to taste
scoop mixture into cabbage leaves and fold leaves into ball
after filling dish pour tomato sauce on top of
dish. bake in oven for @ 1 hr
enjoy it is spice and awesome

When I buy the large can of Pumpkin for baking there are recipes on the lable and on the inside of the lables, I got my best recipes from the cans.
