Thanks to both of you. I am upgrading just because I have been a fairly hardcore rider with a budget that doesn't always allow me to buy the latest bike. I liked the frame and carbon fiber fork so I bought it. As money allows I am going to upgrade. I like the the hub idea...and the wheels (already thrashed the tires so I had to get new ones) mostly I like the shifters (they work like campy) and just want some durability in the derailers. Once again thanks and safe and happy riding to you.

If I was to do an upgrade I'd start with Hub-sets and wheels first, that will give you your biggest gain. From there I'd change out my bottom bracket and go with a Shimano BB6500 and replace the Bontrager crank-set with an Ultegra. Then think about the derailleurs, chains and so on,
If you bought the bike this year I really don't know why you want the upgrade so soon.

I agree. Upgrading the wheels will give you the best performance gain, then the bottom bracket, then the crank, then the derailleurs and shifters...you can actually keep the front derailleur and not have a problem.
