What is the best consol out today and give it out of 10 please?

Unless you want to regress and buy something that has been out for some time (and is therefore already dated), the onyl next gen console out in the UK is the XBOX360. Which I would implore you not to buy! Microsoft already own 80% of the PC marketplace, and look at the restrictions they are developing for all of their products, starting with the long awaited Zune mp3 player. Although the XBOX360 looked and felt amazing when released, when you compare it to the other two comsoles that are ue for release - the Nintendo Wii and the Sony PS3- the Xbox is the poorest. And deserves no more than 6/10!

I think that the PS3 and Wii both get 9/10 and for two opposing reasons. The PS3 for sheer graphic amazment. It is unreal! But the Wii brings something new to the table - interactive gameplay! I must admit, having played a Wii, that I will definitely purchase one when they are released. Traditional games consoles require you to sit in a dark room, getting a bad back, with your eyes watering, and generally (unless you are playing football or some other team sport) it's a solo activity. The Wii changes all that, and due to it's totally interactive style of gameplay (which is down to the amazing new controller - movement sensitive), make it much more of a social thing, and all your guests can join in. I think the Wii has more longevity, even thoughit's graphics aren't as hot and the £180 price tag will make it less of a strain on your pocket.

I would say the Xbox 360 is the best console to date. Pcs are better as they never get out of date, since you can always upgrade them. But for consoles id say the Xbox 360. Its Powerful and has alot f good gams for it. Rating = 8/10. Hope i helped.
