My friend, My Ex-son in law is a crack head, and another person I know took four years to get off crack and get straightened out, don't let anyone fool you. Don't let any of these other answers kid you. Crack is the most addictive drug there is. One shot of crack and your hooked. Don't try it and think you can leave it, it's a dangerous thing to do.

I don't know.
What I do know is the stuff is dangerous and the people you buy it from are dangerous.
You should probably give your partner an ultimatum, to choose either you or his/her binges.
You may lose your partner anyway to somebody shooting at him/her during a fight between drug dealers or to a bad batch or to numerous other things related to the stupid habit.
If you are going to binge, alcohol is much better because, its legal and controlled, and much less dangerous.
If your partner can wait a whole year to have the stuff, they are not likely addicted but still at risk of death when they do. This assumes of course, no lying is happening here. The binges may happen more than once a year.

A binge addict can have long periods without the drug use. Months, weeks even a year at a time. At first the binge will only last a couple of days, but progress to a week and then months.

yes very possible
but from a numbers standpoint not likely
my friend was a user and when on it was completely consumed
one hit and there was no stopping him
trips to the drug corner were fast n furious
taking about half n hour to get there each time
i went twice and said goodnite
he was doing it driving home and then saving a crumb to do on the way back to corner...v.sad
if you look at the drug alcohol [1-10] 1 social drinker-10 homeless drunk
all are addicted to the drug alcohol but each have differing tolerance levels

No, this is an exceptionally no longer worry-free habit to conceal... seek for irritability, shaking slightly or alot, bitting nails, palms etc, temper variations, look at his eyes if the scholars are enlarged then he's extreme or been extreme... Crack is a quickly extreme in spite of the undeniable fact that the signs and indicators of use stay with you for a stable 2 hours when you do it... Your scholars frequently stay dilated for a stable hour a million/2 to 2 hours... i'm doubing that it relatively is being hid, if he can conceal it then he's powerful...

that would be very difficult to binge on crack, its quite addictive. If you think he is lying then call him out on it.
if you suspect he uses it more than he says, check for these signs...
weight loss, no appetite (or saying no to dinner and saying he already ate), grinding his teeth, staying up late hours, suspicious phone calls, and just odd behavior.
I know this because I have witnessed it first hand and speaking from someone who has been there, these are definete signs.

A person can use it only once a year. There is no set rule. My ex used do it once or twice a month.
If I were you, I would find another partner, they'll drag you down with them.
