She is 2 years old and never breeded before, i just got her a week and a half ago and her nipples are getting bigger by the day and look like they could be filled with milk but i dont know for sure. Could she be going into heat or could she be pregnant, or should i take her to the vet?

Good grief....PLEASE do not wait a month to take her to the vet!!! (especially if you think she might be pregnant.)
Any new dog needs to be checked out as soon as possible after you get it, and if there's even a chance she might be pregnant, that becomes all the more important. If she IS pregnant, she needs prenatal care. If she's not, she may be going through a false pregnancy, which can cause some problems you'll need to be warned about.
There are certain things (numerous) that need to be addressed early in pregnancy, then again shortly before birth. If you wait until she's showing obvious signs of pregnancy (or is in labor) before seeking medical attention, you dramatically increase the odds she'll have problems during the pregnancy or whelping.
So....whether she's pregnant or not, you need to make that appointment ASAP. Good luck! And congrats on your new dog.

I would recommend gettiing ahold of th epeople you got her from. Find out if the allowed her to get tied up with a male.
If they "aren't sure", chances are pretty good.
I'd have the vet check her out... if she isn't pregnant yet showing signs of a pregnancy with swollen nipples and bagging up, she could possibly have a uterine infection.

wait a month, if her stomach is bigger pregnant style then yes she's pregnant or maybe she's nursing something else
