ur hands and feet r always cold?

it depends..i mean if its cold outside my hands and feet will be cold. but have you notice whether your finger tips and toes change colors, to lets say blue and they become numb? there's a disease called Raynaud's Phenomenon where the blood vessels in your fingers and toes constrict (narrow), usually in response to cold temperatures and/or emotional stress. Check w/ your doctor if this continues to concern you. Good luck!

You could have a circulation problem, it wouldn't hurt to be checked out. If that is the problem, the Dr. can give you something before it gets any worse.

It could be just poor circulation. You can try a daily cardiovascular workout to stimulate circulation -- even power walking will help. A low daily dose of niacin will dilate caplillaries and increase peripheral circulation. If this has no affect or inadequate effect, please see your doctor for evaluation.

kinda. poor circulation. if it bothers you tell your doctor, it might be more serious, most of the time its nothing tho. i wake up and my hand and feet are so cold sometimes my fingers are almost purple.
