I'm dreadfully sorry to hear you are ill.

Get all the treatment you can, assume a positive attitude towards your condition. I'm not saying you should enjoy it, but you should approach it from a standpoint that you are going to survive it. Choose life.

Depending on the type of cancer, there are really good therapies and medication available. Talk to your doctor, find out everything you can about your disease, search the internet there's tons of information out there, and do not be intimidated by doctors. Ask them what they mean when they give you jargon, do not be afraid to get a second opinion.

Good luck!

Make sure you talk to the doc about it. Don't take anything over the counter without talking to him first. I was told with er/pr positive cancer not to take anything. Even though something may not seem that it has hormones it can produce them in your body and that's about the last thing you want.
I am in the same boat and I just suffer through it. I am trying not to pay too much attention to it. This too shall pass

In your exact same boat-you better ask the doc before you take anything even over the counter. It can contain estrogen and cause the cancer to return. Be careful. I honestly do not know of anything you can take.

Oil of Evening Primrose. I just had a mastectomy (cancer) and had chemo/radiotherapy. Arimidex tabs made me have flushes and the above helped me.

It gets easier.

Hello:

Cancer runs in my family, so when I started Menopause, I took the following natural remedies.

Evening Primrose and Vitamin E was all I took. Consult your pharmacist for dosages.

Good sites for more information are:

Good luck, I survived just fine and my relatives all still talk to me, lololol.
