who do you think is siantworthy?
and please only answer with people that are truly saints because of there actions, and not just anybody, answer with people that have been in the media, you know like Mother teresa.
now that i have said it dont say Mother teresa :)

I'm Pagan, why would I care who's a Saint and who isn't? No one is a Saint. People just like to claim they are.

Can I start a thread called, "Christians only please" and then ask them what is the most appropriate diety for my mood of the day?
Sorry, but you've confused this Taoist completely.
Personally as a Taoist I know few saints. Typically, the people I admire have not become saints. I admired mother terressa because she was a good person, not because somebody thought it would be great to santify her after the fact.
People who fall in that category to me:
1) Martin Luthor King Jr.
2) Norman Bethune
3) Pope John Paul, as a guy, not so much as a pope
4) Some of the members of doctors without borders whose names I don't even know.
5) A kid who was stabbed to death while trying to stop a fight in which he was not involved.

YOu mean, Do we think certain saints in the media are saintworthy? Is that where you're trying to ask? Like, the pope, or mother theresa?

I don't think that people in the media should be considered saintworthy. But if anyone, it should be (they are no longer alive), it would be the original practicioner of the Chaotic Paganism that I follow, and his name is Peter Carroll.

I know very little about Catholicism so I don't know about saints. Heck, I don't even know exactly what a saint is supposed to be. What pagan religion has saints?
