I hate the term saintworthy because to me that seems like perfection is nearly achieved. There have also been some good people that weren't totally perfect like Martin Luther King. You could end up with an exhaustive list.

Mother Mary Antonia ( the prison angel )
this lady gave up her rich life and being mother to 7 children ( when they grew to adults ) to become a nun
she now lives with the inmates of a mexican prison and has dedicated her life to this work
she is an inspiration to many including the inmates

Anyone who is a christian is a saint.
The catholic church made being a saint into some kind of higher status, but in the bible you will see regular chritians referred to as saints
