can be either depending by the context but it can be also referred to the way to cook so that can be translated as "cooking, cookery or cuisine".
"cucina casalinga"=homely cooking
"cucina francese"=french cookery or cuisine
"cucina vegetariana"=vegetarian food
"libro di cucina"=cookery book
these are only some examples.

Cucina can be translated in many different ways in English, depending on the context .
It means kitchen or stove, but also cooking or cuisine or even food.

No, no one can speak Italian. It's been a dead language for over a thousand years. Italians learn in church and Sunday school how to imitate what it used to sound like. This is because Italians are very proud and don't want anyone to know they've lost their language.
When no one else is around, Italians speak English.

Not, really. That I can think of, I only know one word. I may misspell it, Italiano, which means Italian.
Other than that, I'm sorry I can't help you.
