actually, i'm using kia6210ah ic with 20 watts per channel. supply voltage is 12 volts with current rate is 6 amperes. output performance is good at 25 % volume adjustment but problem occurs when volume control move 50 % and it very disturted when it full control.

You probably need a heavier power cable, assuming that your audio source is clean (but that may not be a good assumption) and you have a good ground connection to the car's metal.

Also, separate amplifiers have a fixed gain, so when the input is too large, the output is limited by the supply voltage. For example, if you put in a clean 1 W signal and get clean 20W out, you have a gain of a factor of 20. What happens when you put in a 2W signal? Your amp will only go to 20W instead of 40W, so it distorts the output.

You need to shorten your ground..or produce a better ground...

not enough watts.... low power can't put out high volume...its just the way it is.....more power scottie!!!!
