I had something like that: not really a scar, more of a scrape. I put tincture of iodine on it and it just disappeared in a few days. Actual scars will soften and maybe disappear when you put vitamin E on them. Poke a hole in a capsule and squeeze the oil out. It has to soak in, so put it on when you can leave the area bare for a while.

You can't heal it any faster than it is already healing. Try covering it with makeup.
