I don't believe that is a verse in the Holy Bible. If you find it, let me know. What translation do you have? Oh I see your wording is different- what bible do you have?

45that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.
