Go to the wrong site, or view a site like this just once, and you can get "addware" attached to your system. It could be linked to one of his favorite sites. There are so many vairables. Now, is this something that bothers you? And why?

I had gotten porn pop-ups before.
And I NEVER look at porn.
When I was younger, I was on the computer and that happened. Right when it did, my mom walked in and saw that. My heart stopped and I was like, "IT JUST POPPED UP!! HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?!?!" because nothing I did was working. We just had to hit the reset button. My mom believed me.
So..... it's possible that he isn't looking at porn.
If you wanna figure out if he's looking at porn, look at his HISTORY.

At times, when a person enters some sites related to some or the other way to sex, they can pop up.Otherwise, its purely advertisement purposes.Dont doubt him,coz he might be a true guy.Dont hide anything from him,ask him directly.Or u can instal the latest Internet Explorer which is available free from www.microsoft.com. love him, dont doubt him

if he's really computer obsessed then check the history on his computer, because some guys don't delete where they have been online or they just forget to delete the stuff

Probably, but it doesn't really matter. Most guys like to look at porn. Don't bother getting upset about it. It doesn't have anything to do with you or your relationship.
Unless it's kiddie porn, it's totally normal.

Definitely. Go to the little clock icon on the top of the browser, that's the "history" button, and there you can see all of the websites that have been visited.
