Whats the best Home remedy to beat stress and tension ?

we all need stress in our lives, it is a built in fight, or flee feeling that we need to keep, so when you particularly feel stressed ask your self what type of stress is this, If you were in danger it would be the flight type, all other is called fight, so the best way to deal with this is to ask your self do I really need to fight about this right now, or can I put it on the back burner and deal with it, as need be. If you are able to sort and prioritize your stresses than you have a better grip on the situation, If you boss needs a report by the end of day, and your relatives just phoned saying we will all be there for Christmas you know what one to deal with first I hope this will help sort and deal do not let stuff overwhelm you, You can do this

Drink a cup of hot herbal tea, take a long bath or shower, listen to soft music while performing stretching and breathing exercises, get a good night's sleep.

Personally, I like a hot cup of Peppermint tea, some music and a hot long bubble bath

meditation.. proper diet... cutting out chemicals that you find in processed foods... drinking more filtered water... cutting out alcohol that is used daily...

green tea... yoga.... all these things will settle the body into an amost if not zen like or zen state.

believe me..! i have malignant hypertension and a drama queen family!!!!! and i do all this myself... it keeps me from ending up on the national news!

but these things do help!

along with a diet that works with you not against you.. sometimes doing a diary on what you eat and how you feel afterwards can help... just one minor irritation from an allergy you may have from one food can cause such agoney in the long term.. remember that also.
